Pricing & Refund / Return Policy (E-Commerce)

Pricing: Our platform supports both Indian and international customers. Prices can be viewed in either Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or US Dollars (USD $) using the currency switch button provided in the app/website interface.

For customers in India, all transactions must be completed in INR ₹ through PhonePe Payment Gateway. For international customers, payments are accepted in USD $ via Stripe. All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The price at the time of purchase will be the final price charged.

Return Policy

Note: This return policy applies only to eligible physical products. Digital/downloadable products are strictly non-returnable.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team at  support@hnhworld.com.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method (such as UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account) within 2–4 additional business days, depending on your payment provider.

In case of order cancellation before shipping, a full refund will be processed and credited within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Policy (India Only)

Shipping Options & Charges: Standard and Express options are available. Charges start at ₹60, free on orders above ₹999.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email after your order is shipped.
